SERVICE ACCOUNT

Establish a new service account or updated your payment information for your existing account

SERVICE REQUEST

We ask that all service requests are made by submitting a service request form on our website ATLANTAEQUIPMENT.COM

CONFIRMATION:

 An email confirmation will be sent to you with your appointment date and time.  We ask that you call or email our office if you need to reschedule or cancel your service call prior to the technician’s arrival.

 *There is a minimum trip fee and one hour labor charge for calls once the technician arrives on site and service is declined.

REPAIRS and NTE:

Your service technician will discuss the diagnosis with you and your repair options.

A service repair estimate will be emailed to the email provided when you set up your account.  

Our company policy requires an approved emailed service estimate before repairs are made so that the customer has an opportunity to review pricing.  

If your repairs are time sensitive and you would like to expedite your repairs by bypassing our estimate, you can establish an NTE (not to exceed) on your account.

Repairs up to but not exceeding your NTE will be expedited, and parts automatically ordered.

Anything over that amount would still be emailed to you on a service estimate.

Most of our clients have NTE ranging anywhere from $1,000 -$3,000 depending on their needs and budget.

Please let us know if you would like to add an NTE to your account.

This will expedite your parts orders and repairs since we do not need prior approval to proceed.

If no NTE is added, then you will continue to receive a service estimate for your review and approval on each repair prior to repairs being made.

Please check your email for your repair estimate following your service diagnostics.

EMERGENCY SERVICE:

**Should you need emergency service afterhours or on weekends please send in your request via email and CALL our office to reach our on-call dispatcher to request emergency service. If our dispatcher does not receive an emergency request via phone the service call will be processed the next business day. OFFICE # 770-995-7554

SHOP WORK:

Our warehouse accepts equipment drop-off for shop repairs Monday – Friday 9AM – 4PM, excluding holidays.

We are located at 1345 Capital Circle in Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Our dock is located around the back of the building.

*Please note our parking lot is not equipped to accept full size tractor trailers, box trucks or pup trucks only.

WARRANTY:

**CREDIT CARD REQUIRED BEFORE SCHEDULING WARRANTY SERVICE CALLS**

Atlanta Equipment is a factory authorized independent contractor which enables us to process your warranty service repairs, however the manufacturer will need to review and approve any warranty coverage charges prior to payment for services.  

Most manufacturers have a limited liability warranty which means not all services are covered.

The manufacturer will determine warranty coverage on the equipment and your technician will advise while he is on site.

Customers are responsible for any payment due that is not covered under warranty.

Atlanta Equipment Company is not responsible for coverage terms or conditions determined by the manufacturer and is not reimbursed by the manufacturer for non-warranty service issues therefore a credit card account is required before an appointment can be scheduled.
